Ag Tech Centre
The AgTech Centre, part of Alberta Agriculture's Agricultural Engineering Branch, is located in Lethbridge, Alberta. Its broad base of applied research and technology development provides ongoing testing and evaluation of equipment and production practices that directly benefit farmers.
Research at the Centre focuses on four core areas:
- Sprayer technology
- Direct seeding and fertilizer application
- Traction and tractor efficiency
- Testing equipment and technology development
